Lifted (Feat. Christina Soto) (Mat Zo Remix) - Tritonal
Based out of Austin, TX, Cristina Soto is a singer/songwriter and live performer for cross-genre vocal projects, largely known for her work in EDM. She is trained in opera, jazz, musical theater, and gospel vocals and plays multiple instruments. Cristina’s breadth in musical experience allows her to move like a chameleon across genres, letting her rich, emotional, and uplifting vocals be the familiar pull. As the original vocalist for power-duo Tritonal, Cristina’s ethereal tones and heady lyrics played an instrumental role in bringing their melodic, yet progressive trance to the forefront of the dance music scene. From 2007-2012, her songs with Tritonal held multiple weeks in #1 positions on Beatport charts and they toured the world together.
With over a dozen songs in their joint discography, the capstone of “Tritonal ft. Cristina Soto” collaborations is the classic, 'Still With Me', remixed by Seven Lions. In 2014, Cristina released 'One Thing' with Psymbionic, and it went big on Bassnectar’s ‘Into The Sun’ mixtape in the summer of 2015. She also collaborated with Illenium & Said The Sky on their melodic dubstep song 'Painted White'. Cristina’s debut album, "All I Need" released in March 2016 through Gravitas Recordings, featuring 7 all new originals from 6 different producers, including Psymbionic for the title track. 2017 brought the opportunity to work with Austin Collins of Au5, and French Powerhouse, CloZee. In the last couple of years, Cristina has focused on democratizing her vocals via sample packs, which have had great success on Splice and Black Octopus. Cristina continually seeks collaborations to grow as a “no-genre” artist, partnering with talented producers from all over the world.
Mat Zo
Matan Zohar, known by his stage name Mat Zo, is an artist recognized for his complex, genre-bending style and ever-changing soundscapes. Throughout his childhood, he grew up surrounded by music. “My mom’s a music teacher and taught me from a very young age, so I’ve been composing since as long as I can remember,” he says. Mat learned to play the guitar, bass, and drums early on, began producing music at the age of 13, and started DJing two years later. At age 16, Mat released his debut single “No Hassle” on a:Loud recordings. From there, his career began to take off with recognition from major dance music tastemakers and releases on Armada in 2007 and Anjunabeats in 2008. In addition to his main artist project, he started a Drum n’ Bass alias called “MRSA” in 2007 and would go on to release on legendary DnB labels such as Hospital Records, Invisible Recordings, and Ram Records.
Mat Zo’s debut album Damage Control (released on Anjunabeats in the UK and Astralwerks in the US) came out in 2013 and received critical acclaim, including a Grammy nomination in the best Dance/Electronic Album category. Damage Control is a personal and ethereal exploration of a diversity of musical styles, taking inspiration from UK garage, hip-hop, trance and more. The album is home to iconic songs like “Superman Lost”, “Only For You”, and the collaboration “Easy” with fellow electronic artist, Porter Robinson. Damage Control reached the #1 position on the iTunes Dance chart the day of its release, and debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. In 2014, Mat Zo founded his own imprint label, MAD ZOO, where he released his sophomore album, Self Assemble (2016). Self Assemble tells a story of disenchantment within a stagnant EDM world, and acts as a push for musical honesty. With the lead single “Soul Food”, Mat says, “I love filter/French house. I wanted to make a track that captured that emotion that I felt when I first listened to ‘One More Time’.” Through Self Assemble he attempts to “create something that is more permanent…[with] homages to the past.” This idea ultimately sets the tone for MAD ZOO’s future curation and commitment to well produced, genre-less releases.
With over 30 million online music streams, Mat Zo’s following continues to grow. Aside from his own repertoire, his catalogue includes collaborations and remixes for artists such as Halsey, Perry Farrell, Kylie Minogue, Ellie Goulding, Empire of the Sun, Crossfaith, 311, Arty, Kill the Noise, The Knocks and even an official remix of “Circle of Life” for Disney. He has toured across all continents (except Antarctica), including major international plays at festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, TomorrowLand, Creamfields and Electric Zoo. Mat currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, dividing his time between touring, music production and curating MAD ZOO.

PROFF
Biography
‘I always try to be similar in spirit and mood, but not in sound.’ It’s known that gifted children are born into a musician family, and Vladimir Ershov (PROFF) is no exception– his father was a prominent musician. From a young age he showed an ability to read musical cannotes as well as learning instruments such as the piano and the saxophone. Once in the company of friends ten year old Vladimir heard electronic music – and since then his attitude to music changed forever. Soon he began to test his strengths in writing dance music. In 2005-2007 the world saw his first tracks. Through a series of musical education, I can understand ‘the mechanism ‘ of creating music.’
Vladimir’s creativity carries the imprint of a musical childhood, and like for most producers of classical music education, melody compositions have great importance to him. Hard work in the studio soon brings results. Tracks from PROFF have become recognizable. Vladimir’s productions are supported by the world’s leading DJ’s – Above & Beyond, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Sander Kleinenberg, Marcus Schossow and many others. As he began touring and performing, production became the main source of inspiration. Friendly contacts imperceptibly grew into the business by starting a series of remixes and collaborations including Above & Beyond pres. Oceanlab – Lonely Girl. Having worked with several labels, PROFF decided to break through to Western labels. For the first time, the Russian name appeared in the list of releases of the cult British label AnjunaDeep. The track ‘My Personal Summer’ [AnjunaDeep] brought Proff a long and enduring relationship with the label.

Armin Van Buuren
Firmly established as a bedrock of progressive and melodic techno sound, Anjunadeep has scaled new heights in the past 12 months with support coming from acts as disparate as UK techno baron Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier, Eric Prydz, Groove Armada’s Andy Cato and stadium-filler Deadmau5. Inviting some of its most respected producers to collaborate, Anjunadeep celebrates its landmark 100th release with ‘The Collaborations EP’ featuring Jaytech & Soundprank, Michael Cassette & Komytea, Solarity & Stephen J. Kroos and PROFF & Answer42. In addition to all of the above, PROFF also writes arrangements for compositions of various musical projects which are not always related to dance music. At present PROFF actively does studio work, breaking off only for a tour, where he often hears proposals for a residency. Vladimir’s recent live events show that the Russian music market now has a name that is to be reckoned with; an artist, whose performances are worth going to, a producer whose creative work will be interesting to follow.
