Riki is the Los Angeles based dark synth-pop outfit commandeered by the mysterious Niff Nawor, a visual artist and musician active in the deathrock / anarcho-punk scenes of the California bay area (formerly a member of Crimson Scarlet), before founding her solo endeavor as Riki in 2017.

For her self-titled debut album for Dais, Riki explores courage, physicality, and romance across eight timeless synth pop anthems. Produced and engineered by hardware-based synthesist Matia Simovich of INHALT, influences and ideas are worn proudly without deviating from fresh and daring electro-pop territory. Nostalgic cues can be heard ranging from Neue Deutsch Welle, early Adrian Sherwood productions, classic ZYX Italo Disco, Japanese Visual Kei and even classic new wave/pop like Pat Benatar, Kate Bush, and early Madonna. The lead single, Napoleon, contains Riki’s indelible sound design, reminiscent of 80’s New York dance floor electro-pop that recalls the fusion of uptown and downtown styles and culture, told through Riki’s present day West Coast narrative.

Lights was born as Valerie Anne Poxleitner in Timmins, Ontario, to missionary parents Virginia and Eric Poxleitner on April 11th, 1987. She has one older sister, Jess. She spent her childhood in many parts of the world, including the Philippines, Jamaica, and Hanover Ontario. She was home-schooled by her mother, and was also taught guitar by her father. Lights produced her first song "Saturn's Rings" with an eight-track recorder she purchased with inheritance money from her grandmother in 2001.

The band members are Claudia Uhle (vocals, lyrics), Matthias Uhle (composition, keyboards) and Alexander Kaiser (lyrics, keyboards). Singer Claudia Uhle, Matthias' sister, left the band in 2007 and was replaced by Manja Kaletka, but returned in 2019.

Elderbrook first ventured into music at the age of 16. He began playing as member of an indie band, before at nineteen switching to a singer-songwriter. During an interview with Red Bull, he stated it was a "folky acoustic thing" part of his career. He then attended university, where he says he was first exposed to quality electronic dance music and subsequently began listening to various dance genres.
He is known for his versatility as a musician, as he is recognised as a multi-instrumentalist. He has taken influences from country and soul to rock and gospel, classically trained in both piano and guitar. His production techniques follow his ambition to "make some I haven't heard before". He has been known to sample unique sounds such as the breaking of reading glasses and crackling ice in a warm coffee. He also stated in an interview that he would "often bang the table I’m sat at, sample it and use that as my drums".

Now United (sometimes abbreviated as NU) is a global pop group, formed in Los Angeles in 2017 by Idols creator Simon Fuller. Originally, the group consisted of 14 members from 14 countries. The group currently has 6 active members; 13 have either left or are inactive. Each member represents a different country with the possibility of adding new members from other countries and also a possibility of passing the representation to a new generation of members.
In April 2018, the group began its Promo World Tour, where they appeared on many TV shows across the world. The tour began in Moscow, making their first public appearance on television performing "Summer in the City" on the finale of the Russian version of The Voice Kids. Ryan Chadwick aka OTR is an Atlanta-based producer OTR makes passionate, sentimental electronic songs that reflect feelings of love and loss. Elena Alexandra Apostoleanu (born 16th October 1986), known professionally as Inna (stylized in all caps), is a Romanian singer. Born in Mangalia and raised in Neptun, she studied political science at Ovidius University before meeting the Romanian trio Play & Win and pursuing a music career. She adopted the stage name "Alessandra" in 2008 and adopted a pop-rock style; later that year, she changed her stage name to "Inna" and began releasing house music. "Hot" (2008), her debut single, was a commercial success worldwide and topped the Romanian and Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay chart, among others. Her debut studio album of the same name followed in August 2009 and was certified Gold and Platinum. Dhurata Murturi was born into an Albanian family in the city of Nuremberg in Bavaria, Germany. She went to elementary school in the town of Fürth. She started singing as a young woman under the name Dhurata Dora. She began her music career in Kosovo, where she released her first single and music video in 2011, "Vete kërkove". Following success from her first single, she collaborated with Don Arbas, releasing "Get Down" in 2012. The song proved to be even more popular than her first. The following year she launched "I Like Dat". In summer of 2013, she released the hit song "Edhe Pak", in a collaboration with Blunt & Real and Lumi B.

Stefflon Don was born in Birmingham, England, and is of Jamaican descent. She has seven siblings, one of them being rapper Dutchavelli. When she was five years old, her family moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands. As a result, Allen is fluent in Dutch. Allen has been singing and writing music since primary school. At the age of nine, she recorded a "Hard Knock Life" hook for rapper U-Niq. The song was never released, but she was surprised to hear her voice on the playback. At the age of 14, she returned to Britain to study at a London school. She worked as a cake decorator and hairdresser before her career in music.

Eliza Rose is an English DJ, music producer and singer. Born in the East End of London, Rose grew up in Dalston and began working at the Flashback record shop when she was 15 years old. A fan of soul and jazz music, she sang from her youth, and began DJing in her late teens, once she had enough money to buy records, seeing it as a way to acquire more music. She attended college and university, and also took courses in music production. She presents a radio show for The Vinyl Factory, and recorded collaborations with a variety of other artists.
Interplanetary Criminal, a DJ and producer, sent Rose the song "B.O.T.A. (Baddest of Them All)", and she wrote lyrics for it, inspired by Pam Grier in the film Coffy. The song proved a surprise success, played heavily on the London club scene and then at the Glastonbury Festival 2022. It entered the UK charts in August 2022, and in September reached number one. She became the first female DJ to top the UK Singles Chart since Sonique in 2000. In December 2022 it was certified platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). Rose has also written a novel, What Happens in Dreamland.
